Shipping policy

At ES Fashion Lab, we take pride in getting your pieces to you quickly, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping guidelines before placing your order.


Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) via UPS, our primary carrier.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email or text notification with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

  • We currently ship within the United States and to Puerto Rico.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an error is found, email hello@esfashionlab.com within 1 hour of receiving your order confirmation.
Once your order is processed for shipment, no address changes can be made. If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, you will need to contact UPS directly to resolve the issue.


U.S. Shipping Rates

  • Lower 48 States: Free shipping on orders of $150+ (after discounts, before taxes & fees).

  • Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery may take 7–14 business days. Expedited delivery is not available.

  • Orders $450+ require a signature upon delivery.


Undeliverable or Refused Orders

Orders returned to us as undeliverable are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Store credit will be issued minus the original shipping cost and restocking fee.


Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

ES Fashion Lab is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Once UPS has the package, delivery times are out of our control—please contact them directly for updates.


Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to secure an exclusive item before it arrives in stock.

  • Payment is collected in full at checkout.

  • Estimated shipping dates are shown in the product title or description.

  • We will ship your item within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

  • Estimated dates may change due to manufacturer delays, but if we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be refunded in full.
