Shipping policy

At ES Fashion LAB, we take pride in getting your pieces to you quickly, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping guidelines before placing your order.


Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email or text notification with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
  • We currently ship within the United States and to Puerto Rico.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an error is found, email hello@esfashionlab.com within 1 hour of receiving your order confirmation.
Once an order has shipped, ES Fashion LAB is unable to make changes to the delivery address. Customers are responsible for working directly with the carrier regarding delivery issues related to an incorrect address.


U.S. Shipping Rates

  • Lower 48 States: Free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes.
  • Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery may take 7–14 business days. Expedited delivery is not available.
  • Orders $450+ require an adult signature upon delivery.

Undeliverable or Refused Orders

Orders returned to us as undeliverable are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Store credit will be issued minus the original shipping cost and restocking fee.


Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, ES Fashion LAB is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery exceptions, or packages affected by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery updates or claims.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items allow you to reserve a style before it arrives in stock.

• Payment is collected in full at checkout.
• Estimated shipping timeframes are provided in the product description.
• Once inventory arrives, orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
• Estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to supplier, manufacturing, or carrier delays.
• If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, we recommend placing a separate order for those items at checkout.
