At ES Fashion LAB, every piece is curated to make you feel bold, confident, and unforgettable. While we hope you love your order, we understand sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our policy before making a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Store Credit Only – We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and free of scents or marks.

Return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. The item(s) must arrive back to us within that window.

A $7.95 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Formal gowns

Undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and swimsuit cover-ups

Accessories

Any sale or discounted items
How to Request a Return

Email returns@esfashionlab.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our approval email with return instructions.

Ship your item(s) back using the provided return label.

Unapproved returns will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Approved returns received after the 10-day window are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Inspection Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). If we detect any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, your return will be denied, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back. ES Fashion Lab reserves the right to limit or refuse returns for irregular or excessive activity.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. Approved returns will receive store credit via the email used at checkout. Store credit:

Defective/Damaged or Incorrect Items
We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@esfashionlab.com with:

A brief description
If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Defective/damaged returns must be received within 5 business days of approval. If we are not contacted within the 48-hour window, the item will fall under our standard return policy.
