Refund policy

At ES Fashion LAB, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please review the information below regarding our return and store credit policy.


Returns & Store Credit

We accept eligible returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations.

Eligible items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Free from scents, stains, or signs of wear

 

Return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Approved returns are issued as store credit and are subject to a $7.95 return label fee, which will be deducted from the store credit amount.


Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

• Accessories (excluding handbags)
• Jewelry
• Gift cards
• Sale items, clearance items, and discounted merchandise
• Any item marked Final Sale


How to Request a Return

  1. Email returns@esfashionlab.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our approval email with return instructions.
  3. Ship your item(s) back using the provided return label.

Important:

  • Unapproved returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Approved returns received after the 10-day window are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Inspection

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, odors, stains, or missing tags may be denied and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

ES Fashion LAB reserves the right to limit or refuse returns that do not comply with our policy or that indicate excessive or irregular return activity.


Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. Approved returns will receive store credit via the email used at checkout. Store credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Reflects discounts and taxes from your original order

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all merchandise prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@esfashionlab.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the concern

If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be received within 5 business days of claim approval.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting window may not be eligible for review and will be subject to our standard return policy.
